Congrats Tiffany and Mr. Steve!

This past weekend Alston, the girls and I headed out (on St. Paddy's Day!) to San Diego for Tiffany and Mr. Steve's wedding! We meet, Mammy, Doo Da, Travis, Tim and Andrea out there and all stayed in a house together! We got to the house Thursday, later afternoon, let the girls get situated and fed them dinner. Once they went to bed, Alston, Travis, Tiffany, Mr. Steve and I grabbed dinner out at this fish taco place!

Friday, the clan took the girls to Sea World! They rode a few rides at the beginning and then we went and saw the sea lion show (which was my favorite), the pets playhouse show (with dogs, cats and birds) and saved the whales for last! The pet show was their favorite! The whale show was not quite as we remembered and I think the girls were worn out because they weren't too impressed with that one. Overall I think they really loved going and seeing all the animals and their tricks!

Friday night Tiffany and Steve held a dinner at their house for everyone attending the wedding. The house they were staying at was beautiful and perfect for the occasion! They had it catered with yummy Mexican food and s'mores! The girls were excited to meet Steve's girls, Mady, Morgan and Maysie and Kathryn and Annie!

Saturday we really didn't have any plans so Alston, Travis and I ran and ate breakfast in Pacific Beach (not far from where we were staying).  After that we came back to the house, picked up the girls, Mammy and Doo Da, headed back to Pacific Beach and walked around and went on the Pier there.  We grabbed lunch and then of course had to stop at The Baked Bear to get custom ice cream sandwiches...YUM!!! After that we headed back to the house and got ready for the wedding!

The wedding was held on a boat during sunset!  The weather was great (a little cold, but beautiful!). I think the girls had a great weekend with lots of "firsts"...and they did great not getting a lot of sleep and being on the go all the time!
