Clemson=National Championship=National Champs!

We were having de ja vu....it was the same match up as last year...Clemson vs Alabama in the National Championship.  But this year it was in Tampa, FL. Alston booked flight for us months before... "just in case" and they came in handy!  We lucked out with a hotel (a friend had booked hotel rooms in case Michigan had made it and when they didn't we were able to transfer the rooms to us)... tickets on the other hand were a little harder to come by!  Alston, Travis, John and I met in Tampa and didn't have tickets to the game!  The guys were not too worried about tickets because last year there were plenty going around but this year with both teams being able to drive to the game tickets were a lot more sparse!

Alston and I happened upon 2 tickets while we were searching for some a few hours before the game....we were really hesitant because fake tickets were being sold right around us but thankfully we lucked out and they got us in the stadium and were great seats (only bad part was they were on the Alabama side)!  Travis and John opted to watch at a bar since tickets were very expensive and they didn't happen upon some that were great seats.  

What a game...the only time Clemson was ahead, Alabama came right back and scored.  I kept saying to myself "Boys play your hearts out" over and over again...and boy did they especially to come back and win the game with about 1 second left!  What a way to end the game and win the Championship! Such an amazing experience to watch and be part of!  And love that Alston got to see it all, just hated we couldn't celebrate with John and Travis right after...although we went back to the hotel and had a celebratory drink! Congratulations to all the Tiger Fans out there...very deserving team!
