Charleston Trip 2016 Part 2

Monday after Alston left, Debbie, the girls and I drove to Greenville/Spartanburg to see Papa and Meme and Papa!  It was good to see Papa and visit for a minute (Pat, Keri, Laylous and Sam, and Tammy also came to visit!).  It was very bittersweet to see Papa without Mama.  After we visited with Papa, I went to see Mama's grave (I hadn't seen her headstone yet), which I am glad I was able to see.

We then headed to Greenville to see Meme and Papa (Andrea and Terry also came over to Meme's to see the girls).  We then headed back to Charleston, it was a long day but really thankful we did it and glad everyone got to see the girls and that the girls got to see everyone!

The rest of the week consisted of lots or swimming, getting our nails done (a first for both girls!), shopping (for Mommy), resting, picnic on the porch, a night out on the town with Travis and Natalie (for Mommy) and just hanging out!

Our last night in Charleston (Daddy came back to get us), we all went to dinner on Isle of Palms and went out to the beach after dinner!  It was so nice to be on the beach in the evening!  And of course Ella couldn't resist the water!

Ella wrote this all by herself!
