8 Months!

Miss Ella Bella... cant believe you are 8 months old...in a way it seems like just yesterday we were bringing you home from the hospital! It is so fun to watch you grow everyday and really start to explore the world!

• You still LOVE your jumparoo and exersaucer.
• You love to be outside and go for walks. 
• You LOVE to go to the park and swing like a BIG girl.
• You now sit in the shopping cart when we go shopping and in the highchair at restaurants! (Such a BIG girl now!)
• You are in size 2 diapers (and a size 3 nighttime diaper to help stop leaking from sleeping on your tummy doesn't really help, but we do what we can).
• You are in 6 months or 6-9 month clothes.
• You are crawling everywhere and pulling up on most everything....I hope this doesn't mean you will be walking soon! :) 
• Your legs are always kicking (anytime we pick you up, swinging, etc).
• You are starting to talk more and more (saying Mama and Dada and Baba). 
• You are still taking 2 naps (thankfully!); one around 10ish and another around 3ish. 
• I nurse you 3 times during the day and you get a bottle before bed at night and you get real food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  
• So far you are a pretty good eater!  Let's pray it stays this way! :) 
• You still LOVE to dance (when I hold you and we dance around or when you are sitting in your highchair and we dance)! 
• You still only have 1 bottom tooth...although another one is not far away.
• You still sleep on your tummy (although you love putting your hand on the bumper (we have the breathable bumpers on your crib) and you leave it there when you take your naps.
• You have started taking the WubbaNub paci at some naps (I have been so against the paci, but you really like it and I think it is very soothing to you). 
• You fight some of your naps (hence the paci), but go down at night with no problem!  I also hope this continues! 
• You love seeing Daddy for the first time when he comes home from work...this never gets old to watch! 
• You still LOVE Charlie and love to know where he is at all times (especially when you are eating).
• I really look forward to celebrating your FIRST Thanksgiving (we are going to be celebrating with the Pooles, the Geans, the Raders and the Bells and of course DeeDee and Pops at the Poole's house).
• Uncle T-Bone is coming to visit this weekend, he is going to be amazed at how much you have changed since he has seen you last (you were 4 months). 

You will notice a theme here: Ella is on the move, making it really hard to get pictures and in most of these her tongue is out!! Haha!
