Rockets with Dads!

A few weeks ago the Dads were tasked to build a rocket with their child and then they would come to school one day before pick-up and the kids would shoot their rockets off with their Dads.  I am very thankful Alston was able to participate in all of this!  Ella liked decorating her rocket (after it was built) and LOVED Alston being able to come to school and be with her to shoot it off!  And of course they had to have ice cream floats afterwards for a treat!  I know it is hard to have the Dads involved a lot at school but I love that Ella got to experience this with her Daddy!
